AP Clerk

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client located in East Denver immediately in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to start on a temp-to-hire basis. The Accounts Payable Clerk reports directly to the Assistant Controller and is responsible for finance/accounting functions outlined below.

Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire

Software: Prefer experience with Great Plains, SalesForce, Pivot Table, and Adaptive Insights

Location: East Denver, CO

Work Schedule: Hybrid work arrangements

Compensation: $18.29 – $22.55/hr

Requirements:

Codes and enters invoices into the AP processing system
Sends invoices through automated workflow to the proper approver.
Maintain and organize AP inboxes.
Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been processed.
Monitor monthly bank statement activity to ensure proper payment to vendors.
Initiate payments to online vendors.
Ensure expenses are posted to the correct GL account.
Manage annual 1099 process.
Scans invoices into the AP processing system.
Monitors AP workflow approval daily and follows up on required approvals
Communicate with department codes to ensure proper coding & processing of invoices.
Collect W9 from new vendors and provide to the Staff Accountant to add new vendors.
Reach out to vendors to reconcile account balances or resolve other issues.
Process AP checks.
Reconcile expense clearing account monthly.
Perform account research as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Prefer accounting, finance, or economics college degree, or equivalent experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze accounts, reconcile invoices
Fast and accurate data entry
Intermediate-advance skills with Microsoft Office Suites, especially with Excel.
Accounts Payable System experience

NOTE: A limited amount of work-related travel may be required on occasion.

Proven experience as a maintenance or automation technician.
Familiarity with plastic molding processes, equipment, and related systems.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor systems.
Attention to detail and safety.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.

Body Shop Buffer, Polisher, & QC

The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the automotive industry in search of a Body Shop Helper to join their team! The Body Shop Helper will be responsible for assisting in the repair and restoration of damaged vehicles. This position will report to the Body Shop Manager and will involve various tasks to support the efficient operation of the body shop.

Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire

Title: Body Shop Helper
Location: Oxnard, CA

Work Schedule: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Mon – Fri

Compensation: $18/hr

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Assist in preparing vehicles for repair work by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas not to be painted.
Aid technicians in tasks, such as removing damaged parts, sanding surfaces, applying body filler, and installing replacement parts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the body shop area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
Receive, unpack, and organize parts and materials needed for repairs.
Assist with the mixing and preparation of paint materials. Help in painting tasks such as priming, base coating, and clear coating under supervision.
Assist in inspecting completed repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the repair process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma.
Basic knowledge of automotive repair environment preferred.
Prior experience in an automotive repair environment preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in automotive repair.
