  • CDL Class A Hazmat Endorsed Driver

    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the agriculture industry, in search of Hazmat Endorsed CDL Class A Driver to join their team in Santa Maria, CA! This position starts at a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour, with the possibility of higher compensation based on experience and performance. The role includes local deliveries within a 50-mile radius, allowing drivers to stay close to home while supporting a dynamic and expanding operation.

     

    Type of Hire: Direct Hire
    Title: Hazmat Endorsed CDL Class A Driver
    Location: Santa Maria, CA

    Work Schedule: Day Shift

    Compensation: $25.00

     

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    • Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) safely, adhering to all relevant regulations.
    • Perform local transport of hazardous materials within a designated 50-mile radius.
    • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
    • Maintain detailed logs of working hours, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents by regulations.
    • Deliver goods promptly and accurately, upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures, particularly those related to hazardous materials handling.
    • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid CDL Class A license with Hazmat endorsement.
    • 3-5 years of commercial driving experience.
    • Demonstrated history of safe and efficient driving practices.
    • Familiarity with regulations and safety standards.
    • Proficiency in operating and maintaining vehicle equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative

    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a leading customer service provider in search of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team! The role will be supporting non-emergency medical services transportation. Looking for candidates who want to contribute to an incredible team and provide unwavering support to members, providers, and medical facilities.

    Type of Hire: Temporary

     Title: Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative

     Reports To: Operations Supervisor

    Software: Basic PC proficiency, able to navigate multiple screens and tabs
    Location:     Omaha, NE

     Work Schedule: Full-time, in office, able to work nights and weekends

     Compensation: $19-20/hr

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    • Handle inbound calls in both Spanish and English
    • Provide quality customer service to members, providers, and appointment facilities.
    • Schedule, confirm, or cancel non-emergency appointment transportation reservations.
    • Assist customers in navigating our services, offering guidance, and troubleshooting.
    • Verify appointment details and providing estimated arrival times to callers.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Fluency in Spanish is required,
    • 1+ year of customer service experience, call center experience is a plus.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
    • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Screening and Drug Screen is required.
    • PC proficiency including the use of multiple monitors and program tabs.
    • Proficiency in typing, minimum 40 wpm
    • Ability to confidently handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.
    • Availability to work any day and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
