    Compensation: Expected earnings $75 – $85K DOE with an uncapped commission plan and yearly bonus dependent on annual production

     

    The Lincoln Group is searching for a Senior Executive Recruiter to support our fast-growing teams in Denver, CO, Newport Beach, CO, and Las Vegas, NV.  This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, recruiting, networking, pipelining, and placing mid to executive-level talent in direct hire opportunities, as well as contract/consulting engagements.      PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

     

    Partner with the Business Development team to gain insight on new positions, client requirements, and future opportunities for business

    Proactively source candidates through existing databases and contacts, social media, job boards, job fairs, professional networking sites, referrals, and advertising campaigns

    Gain market insight from daily interaction with candidates, and share intel with the Business

    Development team to chase leads on potential business

    Maintain and guarantee appropriate service delivery upon qualification of openings with clients

    Maintain weekly KPIs to ensure success in the business

    Balance desk with proactive recruiting for upcoming projects, and/or recruiting for Matrix positions

    Manage the candidate cycle from start to finish, including but not limited to:

    Performing the initial profile and making recommendations on resume preparation/formatting

    Advising on competitive market pay rate requirements

    oEstablish rapport with candidates by interviewing them in person or virtually

    oQualifying the candidate for current or future openings

    oFacilitating the scheduling of interviews with clients as well as preparing the candidate on interview expectations

    oDebriefing candidates after interviews

    oExtending verbal offers and ultimately placing the candidate.

    oVerifying references, and managing all paperwork required to be eligible to consult through Lincoln Group

    oMaintaining relationships with consultants by performing quality check calls

    oPartner with the back-office team for administrative tasks such as background check process, paperwork, and tax information, as well as benefits for consultants

    oKeep up with employee timesheets and ensure proper approval for timely payroll processing

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    Bachelor’s degree required

    3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably across the functional 

    Agency recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, or combination preferred

    • Over 10 years of experience in multi-disciplinary engineering and management within a consulting environment, with a focus on the mining, minerals, or metals sectors.
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
    • Strong grasp of engineering management, quality control, human resources, financial, and administrative practices.
    • Proven leadership skills with a knack for building relationships and effective delegation.
    • Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, organization, motivation, team dynamics, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 

     

    ·Devise, develop, test, analyze and construct, or have constructed or modified, highly complex components, assemblies, devices, circuits, and systems. Plan, layout, develop, fabricate, and construct experimental and prototype devices, models, and systems working from very general and incomplete information.     ·Prepare process and test specifications, revision notices, and laboratory reports as required.

    REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES: 

     

    ·Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

    ·Be capable of meeting 09 solder certification and successfully passing pre-employment skills screening.

    Responsibilities

    • Associate degree, HVAC trade school certification, or 5-year apprenticeship program.
    • EPA approved universal technician certification.
    • 2 years of DDC experience, preferred.
    • Low voltage electrical certification, preferred.

  • Sales Branch Manager

    Job Description

    Lincoln Industrial is seeking to immediately hire a Sales Branch Manager in the Denver, CO area. We are seeking a Sales Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual with previous staffing and sales experience.

    Role and Responsibilities

    Expanding existing business, handling operations, managing the location, recruitment, client relations, safety, and managing staff. Will also be responsible for monitoring and managing productivity, coordinating the daily workflow, monitoring employee performance/production, processing reports, and handling all employee relations.

    Monitor company quality standards and KPIs

    Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of temporary associates and customers

    Coach and counsel temporary associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction

    Provide overall supervision and counsel to branch operations staff

    Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication within the branch

    Inform employees of company strategies, objectives, and results

    Review all financial and general management reports

    Monitor customer aging reports, address and communicate outstanding invoices with customers

    Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity

    Direct and manage customer development activities within the office

    Monitor activities designed to recruit, train, and retain temporary employees needed to fill all available assignments

    Recruit, select, train, and evaluate branch office staff using guidelines and materials developed and provided by Corporate Management Team

    Ensure customer orders are filled with quality placements

    Data entry of employee and client information into the company database when needed

    Performing pre-employment screenings such as drug screening, references, and background checks

    Prepare and present weekly reports to clients as well as a corporate management team

    Interview and screen candidates for potential and current job openings at client sites

    Complete weekly management reports

    Ensure compliance of hired employees, including signed applications, I9 forms, and hiring/onboarding paperwork

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 5 years of branch and/or general management experience within an industrial staffing environment.

    Previous sales experience

    Be willing to travel to other locations as needed.

    Excellent verbal and written skills are required.

    The ability to successfully manage a team is essential.

    Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

    Previous knowledge of payroll is a plus.

  • HR Administrator

    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the food manufacturing industry in search of an HR Administrator to join their team! The HR Administrator will support the HR department in various administrative and HR-related tasks.

    Type of Hire: Direct Hire

    Title: HR Admin – 2nd shift
    Location:
    Oxnard, CA

    Work Schedule: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Mon – Fri; Occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.

    Compensation: $19 – $20/hr

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    • Serve as the primary HR contact for 2nd shift employees.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
    • Provide information and assistance regarding employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timekeeping information, addressing payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of data.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary.
    • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees on the 2nd shift.
    • Perform various administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR reports and documentation.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.  Experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
