    Type of Hire: Direct Hire

    Title: HR Admin – 2nd shift
    Location:

    Work Schedule: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Mon – Fri; Occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.

    Compensation: $19 – $20/hr

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    • Serve as the primary HR contact for 2nd shift employees.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

    • Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.

  • Construction Project Manager

    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a well-known Commercial General Contractor, who is in search of a Project Manager, with a minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management experience. The Project Manager will plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish. Prime responsibility is to ensure the project is delivered to the satisfaction of the client and/or stakeholders. The successful candidate must have the ability to identify projects scope, goals, and objectives and one who will create and implement a plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve this. In addition, they will be responsible for communicating the project status with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.

    Compensation: Up to $140,000 (DOE), plus bonus 2x/year, and benefits.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee commercial tenant improvements and commercial ground up construction projects to completion.
    • Manage the budget, schedule, and expectations of stakeholders.
    • Read and understand the contract and the deliverables.
    • Prepare reports for the client as required by the contract.
    • Resolve any problems that may arise.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes and evaluate and minimize risks.
    • Train and mentor project superintendents and project coordinators.
    • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members.
    • Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors, and negotiating price as needed.

    • Obtain appropriate permits and licenses from the jurisdictions having authority.

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a construction project manager.
    • Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, a plus.

    Conduct screening phone calls to qualify the candidate and verify that they meet the criteria

    Ensuring all hiring criteria is collected prior to referring applicants to the Senior Recruiters

    Liaison between the Job Applicants, Candidates, Recruiters, Account Managers

    Relay feedback and updates to candidates regarding their search

     

    Process:

    Input candidate resumes and screening data into the TrackerRMS CRM

    Communicates relevant information to the Recruiting team

     

    Analyze Efficiencies:

    Documenting areas of improvement to share with leadership

    Share intel you are noticing about compensation, application activities, market updates

    Offer suggestions for improvement

    Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. Be flexible and available to interact with employees and clients at all levels. Self-directed and motivated. History of taking initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.

     

    Education/Experience: 1-2 years general business experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong MS Office skills are required.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, human resources, or technology preferred

    Job Title: Executive Search Manager  Reports To: President & CEO

    Location: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office  FLSA Status: Exempt

     

     

    Summary

    Reporting to the President & CEO, Executive Search Managers are responsible for providing full-service talent acquisition services for clients through creative sourcing and candidate coordination, while working collaboratively with branches, hiring managers, and clients nationwide. This position is a producing leadership role, that requires prior management experience.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Maintain a full desk and pro-actively engage with your book of business to execute on executive-level and professional searches in a timely and efficient manner

    Advertise job openings on LincolnGrp.com, careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.)

    Source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and industry specific sites)

    Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes

    Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, Teams, first-round and second-round interviews, interview preps, and debriefs

    Parse sourced candidates and prospective clients directly into TrackerRMS

    Add resumes and agency resumes to the documents folder in TrackerRMS

    Log your activity notes in TrackerRMS

    Document candidate profile notes in TrackerRMS and update all the related fields, per the Tracker spreadsheet that will be provided

    Maintain activity dashboards and KPI statistics; provide metrics as needed; communicate with key stakeholders on search progress regularly

    Evaluate candidates and provide meaningful insight to clients regarding candidate profiles

    Determine qualification criteria for each position and update job descriptions as needed (e.g., add tasks or modify requirements)

    Participate in hiring events, industry events, conferences, etc. to maintain and proactively grow network of clients and candidates

    Assists with routine office functions, and prepares reports as requested

    Document all activity in the company’s ATS system

    Other related duties/projects as assigned

     

    Experience

    Minimum of 5+ years direct related experience as a recruiter is required; those with executive search experience strongly preferred

    Demonstrated mastery of full cycle recruiting; prior experience running a full desk is preferred

    Deeply seasoned interview skills and expertise using various interview formats (e.g., video, phone, structured, behavioral, group)

    Previous management experience strongly preferred

    Prior consultative sales experience strongly preferred

    Proven ability to work and manage a team remotely or in-person

    Ability to run a full desk and manage a team with little to no direction

    Computer proficiency required, including MS Office Suite and various ATS

    Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills required

    Prior experience negotiating contracts and complex executive and professional employment offers required

    Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a result driven, goal oriented, fast paced environment is required

    Demonstrated ability to successfully meet or exceed established financial goals is required

    Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred
