Work Schedule: Day Shift,
Compensation: $18.00-$24.00
Bilingual Spanish Speaking a Plus
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, meeting minutes, coordinating meeting agendas, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
- Customer Service, Front Desk, including providing information, answering questions and solutions
- Provide support to plan and organize events and meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service or Office Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
