Work Schedule: Monday- Friday. Can be Flexible
Compensation: $18.00
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team
– Manage and organize schedules and appointments
– Assist in the preparation of reports
– Handle correspondence and communications
– Coordinate and support various projects as needed
– Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an assistant or in a relevant administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft software
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– High level of attention to detail
-Clean and Valid Driver License
