The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the transportation and logistics industry in search of a Parts Clerk to join their team! The Parts Clerk will be responsible for ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records on all inventory items, serving and assisting shop personnel, and handling warranty material.
Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire
Title: Parts Clerk
Location: Oxnard, CA
Work Schedule: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Mon – Fri
Compensation: $18/hr
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Order, receive, return, and track inventory items as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to established quality and safety standards.
- Assist shop personnel with parts needed.
- Store and distribute warranty material as required.
- Maintain the work area in a clean condition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of parts handling experience or equivalent education.
- 1+ years of experience in automotive accessory installation.
- Ability to multi-task and you are a self-starter.
- Valid driver’s license and sage driving record.
- 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.
- Computer skills.
