Maintenance Techncican
The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the injection molding industry in search of a Maintenance Technician to join their team! The role will work closely with engineers, operators, and other maintenance personnel to ensure the successful implementation and optimal performance of all systems. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment used in the production of plastic molded parts. Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire

Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: El Paso, TX

Work Schedule: Overnight shift, some weekends required

Compensation: $24 – $28/hr

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Conducting regular equipment inspections to proactively identify potential issues.
- Planning and executing a preventative maintenance plan to maximize machinery uptime and extend it’s productive lifespan.
- Maintenance and configuration of PLCs, HMIs, robotic controllers, servo drives and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor components.
- Collaborate with operators to provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting guidance as needed for all equipment.
- Keeping up with documentation to maintain meticulous records of maintenance work, trends, and outcomes to support data-driven decisions making.
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations and building codes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to maintenance and automation.
- Generate strategies for identifying and mitigating recurring equipment problems.
- Install, set up and repair equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, errors, or breakdowns in any of the systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment installation, maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications for all equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation systems and processes for electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and facilities.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards associated with the installation and operation of automation equipment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance or automation technician.
- Familiarity with plastic molding processes, equipment, and related systems.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper motor systems.
- Attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.

The Project Manager will work under the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for managing new product implantation into the manufacturing facility to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery to customers. Title: Project Manager

Work Schedule: Full-time in office, Mon – Fri

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Manage new product introduction with defined scope, criteria for success, schedule, financial impacts, risks, and plant readiness.
- Conduct proactive and comprehensive risk management to ensure risks are identified, and communicated and mitigation plans are implemented.
- Collaborate with Operations, Tooling, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation of new products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- 15-25% travel.

Procurement Director

The Procurement Director will work under the VP of Operations and will manage procurement for the entire company. Title: Procurement Director

Software: ERP Systems (Syteline, IQMS, SAP, or Sage)
Location: El Paso, TX

Work Schedule: Full-time in office, Mon – Fri

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Maximize the positive impact on the company’s EBITDA achievement, growth objectives, and customer experience.
- Establish a strong team working within ISO 9001 and AS 9100 requirements.
- Negotiate and implement true cost analysis across all vendors and logistics partners.
- Create and manage vendor scorecards, based on performance.
- Deliver KPIs against financial targets and budgets.
- Transform the distribution and logistics organizations to deliver industry-leading service and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Proactively partner with the Finance organization to develop strategies and contingency plans that mitigate financial impact as needed.
- Develop strategic objectives to improve supply chain efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness while coordinating program plans with sourcing and planning cross-functional partners.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team and critical stakeholders to develop a distribution and logistics strategy aligned with the company’s current and future vision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous plastics or manufacturing experience required.
- Multi-state experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Expertise in logistical systems and practices, i.e., commerce warehouse management and understanding of key logistics and supply chain indicators.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong negotiation skills.
