  • Accounting Manager

    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a full service architecture and design firm located in Las Vegas in search of an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will oversee and administer the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable and payroll.

    Type of Hire: Direct Hire

    Office Schedule: In-Office, M-F

    Compensation: Up to $85K/year

    Responsibilities

    • All accounting functions and bookkeeping
    • General ledger entries as needed and directed
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank reconciliations
    • Enter and process semi-monthly payroll
    • Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process
    • Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
    • Adhere to internal controls, as established by CFO, to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
    • Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
    • Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
    • Take lead on initiatives or projects as assigned by management

    Requirements

    • At least 7 years of professional accounting experience
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field is preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes
    • Proven experience in managing accounting operations
    • Ability to be flexible and highly responsive to client needs and requests
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Experience developing standards and analyzing information that may be complex or requiring research.

  • Construction Project Manager

    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a well-known Commercial General Contractor, who is in search of a Project Manager, with a minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management experience. The Project Manager will plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish. Prime responsibility is to ensure the project is delivered to the satisfaction of the client and/or stakeholders. The successful candidate must have the ability to identify projects scope, goals, and objectives and one who will create and implement a plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve this. In addition, they will be responsible for communicating the project status with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.

    Compensation: Up to $140,000 (DOE), plus bonus 2x/year, and benefits.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee commercial tenant improvements and commercial ground up construction projects to completion.
    • Manage the budget, schedule, and expectations of stakeholders.
    • Read and understand the contract and the deliverables.
    • Prepare reports for the client as required by the contract.
    • Resolve any problems that may arise.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes and evaluate and minimize risks.
    • Train and mentor project superintendents and project coordinators.
    • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members.
    • Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors, and negotiating price as needed.
    • Handle complex problems while sharing expertise with estimating team in an ongoing effort to improve and develop standard protocol.
    • Obtain appropriate permits and licenses from the jurisdictions having authority.
    • Work hand in hand with the project superintendent to ensure a successful project.
    • Visit site weekly or more, if needed.
    • Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of monthly project billings and work with the Project Coordinator and Project Superintendent to route and approve subcontract invoices on a monthly basis.

     Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a construction project manager.
    • Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, a plus.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills; knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
    • Must be extremely organized, understand construction management processes and different project delivery methods.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role.
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, and P6 scheduling experience a plus
    • Familiar with AIA Contracts; AIA billings, and Timberline Estimating Software, a plus.

    Title: Junior Recruiter

     

    Summary/Overview: All members of the recruiting teams work towards the broad strategic goals of the organization. Each member has an area of focus and expertise. This role is focused on preparing and coordinating any functions and programs pertaining to job posting, reviewing candidate applications, importing resumes into our CRM, conducting candidate screenings via phone, teams, or email for Lincoln Group.

     

    This individual helps to support the organization by creating a memorable experience for all customers, candidates, and clients, driving them to stay engaged with Lincoln Group over our competitors, leading them to refer our services to others.

     

    This role plays an active role in formulating methods to improve job postings, attracting new talent, staying engaged with job applicants, and making recommendations to management. As the position may involve handling employees’ personal information, the Junior Recruiter is expected to maintain proper confidentiality and security for all employee files, per corporate privacy procedures.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Sourcing for open jobs

    Assisting the recruiters and business development staff with administrative functions

     

    Job Postings

    Scrubbing the client job description to remove identifiable information

    Shorten the job description to ensure candidates are reading it

    Add sizzle about the job/company to motivate the candidate to apply

     

    Job Boards

    Ensure all jobs are posted in a timely manner on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LincolnGrp.com

    Constantly monitor applicants, approve, or reject per job board timeline

    Ask for help as needed before approving or rejecting applicants

    Assess the candidate’s qualifications per the client’s job requirements

     

    Screening:

    Conduct screening phone calls to qualify the candidate and verify that they meet the criteria

    Ensuring all hiring criteria is collected prior to referring applicants to the Senior Recruiters

    Liaison between the Job Applicants, Candidates, Recruiters, Account Managers

    Relay feedback and updates to candidates regarding their search

     

    Process:

    Input candidate resumes and screening data into the TrackerRMS CRM

    Communicates relevant information to the Recruiting team

     

    Analyze Efficiencies:

    Documenting areas of improvement to share with leadership

    Share intel you are noticing about compensation, application activities, market updates

    Offer suggestions for improvement

    Seeking continuous improv

     

     

    Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. Be flexible and available to interact with employees and clients at all levels. Self-directed and motivated. History of taking initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.

     

    Education/Experience: 1-2 years general business experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong MS Office skills are required.

     

    Salary and Benefits:

    Starting salary of $40,000 – $50,000
