    Title: Junior Recruiter

     

    Summary/Overview: All members of the recruiting teams work towards the broad strategic goals of the organization. Each member has an area of focus and expertise. This role is focused on preparing and coordinating any functions and programs pertaining to job posting, reviewing candidate applications, importing resumes into our CRM, conducting candidate screenings via phone, teams, or email for Lincoln Group.

     

    This individual helps to support the organization by creating a memorable experience for all customers, candidates, and clients, driving them to stay engaged with Lincoln Group over our competitors, leading them to refer our services to others.

     

    This role plays an active role in formulating methods to improve job postings, attracting new talent, staying engaged with job applicants, and making recommendations to management. As the position may involve handling employees’ personal information, the Junior Recruiter is expected to maintain proper confidentiality and security for all employee files, per corporate privacy procedures.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Sourcing for open jobs

    Assisting the recruiters and business development staff with administrative functions

     

    Job Postings

    Scrubbing the client job description to remove identifiable information

    Shorten the job description to ensure candidates are reading it

    Add sizzle about the job/company to motivate the candidate to apply

     

    Job Boards

    Ensure all jobs are posted in a timely manner on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LincolnGrp.com

    Constantly monitor applicants, approve, or reject per job board timeline

    Ask for help as needed before approving or rejecting applicants

    Assess the candidate’s qualifications per the client’s job requirements

     

    Screening:

    Conduct screening phone calls to qualify the candidate and verify that they meet the criteria

    Ensuring all hiring criteria is collected prior to referring applicants to the Senior Recruiters

    Liaison between the Job Applicants, Candidates, Recruiters, Account Managers

    Relay feedback and updates to candidates regarding their search

     

    Process:

    Input candidate resumes and screening data into the TrackerRMS CRM

    Communicates relevant information to the Recruiting team

     

    Analyze Efficiencies:

    Documenting areas of improvement to share with leadership

    Share intel you are noticing about compensation, application activities, market updates

    Offer suggestions for improvement

    Seeking continuous improv

     

     

    Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. Be flexible and available to interact with employees and clients at all levels. Self-directed and motivated. History of taking initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.

     

    Education/Experience: 1-2 years general business experience. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong MS Office skills are required.

     

    Salary and Benefits:

    Starting salary of $40,000 – $50,000

    Lincoln Group is searching for an Executive Recruiter for the fast-growing NATIONAL REMOTE Executive Search Teams serving the following markets: Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, and Newport Beach, CA. This role will be responsible for candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, recruiting, networking, pipelining, and placing mid to executive level talent, across the functional areas of business, in executive search and consulting engagements.


    Salary and Benefits:

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, human resources, or technology preferred

    0-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within accounting, human resources, technology and engineering, or marketing

    Previous sales or recruiting experience preferred

     Responsibilities will include:

    Partner with the Business Development team to gain insight on new positions, client requirements, and future opportunities for business

    Proactively source candidates through existing database and contacts, social media, job boards, job fairs, professional networking sites, referrals, and advertising campaigns

    Gain market insight from daily interaction with candidates, and share intel with the Business Development team to chase leads on potential business

    Maintain and guarantee appropriate service delivery upon qualification of openings with clients

    Maintain weekly KPIs to ensure success in the business (including heavy outbound calls)

    Balance desk with proactive recruiting for upcoming projects, and/or recruiting for Matrix positions

    Manage the candidate cycle from start to finish, including but not limited to:

    Performing the initial profile and making recommendations on resume preparation/formatting

    Advising on competitive market pay rate requirements

    Establish rapport with candidates by interviewing them in person or virtually

    Qualifying the candidate for current or future openings

    Facilitating the scheduling of interviews with clients as well as preparing the candidate on interview expectations

    Debriefing candidates after interviews

    Extending verbal offers and ultimately placing the candidate.

    Verifying references, and managing all paperwork required to be eligible to consult through Lincoln Group

    Maintaining relationships with consultants by performing quality check calls

    Partner with the back-office team for administrative tasks such as background check process, paperwork, and tax information, as well as benefits for consultants

    Keep up with employee timesheets and ensure proper approval for timely payroll processing

  • Executive Search Manager

     

     

     

    Job Title: Executive Search Manager  Reports To: President & CEO

    Location: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office  FLSA Status: Exempt

     

     

    Summary

    Reporting to the President & CEO, Executive Search Managers are responsible for providing full-service talent acquisition services for clients through creative sourcing and candidate coordination, while working collaboratively with branches, hiring managers, and clients nationwide. This position is a producing leadership role, that requires prior management experience.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Maintain a full desk and pro-actively engage with your book of business to execute on executive-level and professional searches in a timely and efficient manner

    Advertise job openings on LincolnGrp.com, careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.)

    Source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and industry specific sites)

    Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes

    Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, Teams, first-round and second-round interviews, interview preps, and debriefs

    Parse sourced candidates and prospective clients directly into TrackerRMS

    Add resumes and agency resumes to the documents folder in TrackerRMS

    Log your activity notes in TrackerRMS

    Document candidate profile notes in TrackerRMS and update all the related fields, per the Tracker spreadsheet that will be provided

    Maintain activity dashboards and KPI statistics; provide metrics as needed; communicate with key stakeholders on search progress regularly

    Evaluate candidates and provide meaningful insight to clients regarding candidate profiles

    Determine qualification criteria for each position and update job descriptions as needed (e.g., add tasks or modify requirements)

    Participate in hiring events, industry events, conferences, etc. to maintain and proactively grow network of clients and candidates

    Assists with routine office functions, and prepares reports as requested

    Document all activity in the company’s ATS system

    Other related duties/projects as assigned

     

    Experience

    Minimum of 5+ years direct related experience as a recruiter is required; those with executive search experience strongly preferred

    Demonstrated mastery of full cycle recruiting; prior experience running a full desk is preferred

    Deeply seasoned interview skills and expertise using various interview formats (e.g., video, phone, structured, behavioral, group)

    Previous management experience strongly preferred

    Prior consultative sales experience strongly preferred

    Proven ability to work and manage a team remotely or in-person

    Ability to run a full desk and manage a team with little to no direction

    Computer proficiency required, including MS Office Suite and various ATS

    Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills required

    Prior experience negotiating contracts and complex executive and professional employment offers required

    Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a result driven, goal oriented, fast paced environment is required

    Demonstrated ability to successfully meet or exceed established financial goals is required

    Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred
