    The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the food manufacturing industry in search of an HR Administrator to join their team! The HR Administrator will support the HR department in various administrative and HR-related tasks.

    Type of Hire: Direct Hire

    Title: HR Admin – 2nd shift
    Location:
    Oxnard, CA

    Work Schedule: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Mon – Fri; Occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.

    Compensation: $19 – $20/hr

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    • Serve as the primary HR contact for 2nd shift employees.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
    • Provide information and assistance regarding employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
    • Promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timekeeping information, addressing payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of data.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary.
    • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees on the 2nd shift.
    • Perform various administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR reports and documentation.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.  Experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    Title: Small Level Operator

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

    • Operate small-scale sawing machinery, such as bench saws, miter saws, or scroll saws, to cut materials like wood, metal, or plastic, based on job orders and specifications.
    • Configure sawing machines by selecting suitable blades, adjusting cutting angles, and setting feed rates to achieve accurate cuts and enhance production efficiency.
    • Load and unload materials onto the sawing equipment, ensuring proper positioning and alignment for maintaining cutting precision and preventing material wastage.
    • Monitor machine performance and operation, inspecting cut pieces for quality issues such as burrs, chips, or irregular edges, and making necessary adjustments to uphold product quality.
    • Undertake regular maintenance tasks on sawing equipment, including blade replacements, lubrication, and cleaning, to ensure peak performance and prolong equipment life.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to mitigate accidents and injuries, including wearing appropriate personal protective gear (PPE) and following machine guarding measures.
    • Keep the work area tidy and organized, including disposing of waste, clearing scrap material, and arranging tools and supplies, to foster a safe and efficient work environment.
    • Foster effective communication with supervisors, operators, and team members to streamline workflow, prioritize tasks, and address any production-related issues or concerns promptly.

    Position Summary:

    The Floater is a versatile team member responsible for providing support across various areas of the manufacturing process. This role involves flexibility to assist with different tasks as needed, including machine operation, material handling, assembly, and general labor. The Floater plays a vital role in maintaining production efficiency and meeting quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Machine Operation: Assist machine operators in setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to production schedules.

    2. Material Handling: Transport raw materials, components, and finished products between workstations and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.

    3. Assembly and Subassembly: Participate in the assembly and subassembly of components, following standardized work instructions and quality control procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly processes.

    4. Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to verify the quality and accuracy of products, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies to supervisors.

    5. General Labor: Assist with general labor tasks such as cleaning work areas, removing debris, organizing inventory, and other duties as assigned to maintain a clean and orderly production environment.

    6. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training programs.

    7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflow, and address any production issues or challenges to meet production goals and deadlines.

    Qualifications and Skills:
