The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the agriculture industry, in search of a Warehouse Specialist to join their team in Paso Robles, CA! This role will be approximately 75% warehouse and 25% administrative work. They are looking for someone eager to join a diverse role.

 

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire

Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Paso Robles, CA

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Compensation: $20.00 – $21.00

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

·  Handle the shipping, receiving, verification, and processing of orders

·  Transfer inventory to and from large trucks, organize shelves, and maintain inventory as needed

·  Clean and sweep the facility

·  Prepare necessary documents, including bills of lading and shipment paperwork

·  Blend products

·  Perform mechanical tasks

·  Maintain maintenance records

·  Assemble customer orders

·  Ensure all paperwork is accurate and all loads are properly signed for

·  Perform other assigned duties

 

REQUIREMENTS

•  High school diploma or equivalent  
• 1+ years related experience  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some prior administrative experience.

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire

Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Paso Robles, CA

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Compensation: $22.00-$25.00

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Handle various office tasks, such as organizing and filing documents
• Create copies of inventory receipts, bills of lading, and other paperwork
• Prepare product receipts for incoming inventory
• Execute month-end procedures as specified by the Division Office
• Answer phone calls with politeness and professionalism
• Order necessary supplies and forms
• Accurately process invoices (using the ARS system, separating, filing, etc.)
• Enter customer checks on a daily basis
• Input and code vendor invoices in the Accounts Payable system
• Aid in the orientation and paperwork for new employees
• Undertake additional duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

•  High school diploma or equivalent  
• 1+ years related experience  
• Ability to move 25 – 30 pounds  
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office
