The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local Company, in search of a Warehouse Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA

 
Monday- Saturday ,40hrs a week with overtime as needed

Compensation: $18.00- $20.00

Principle Duties:

– Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
– Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
– Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
– Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
– Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
– Process returns and handle discrepancies.
– Generate and maintain warehouse reports.

Required Skills:
– Proven experience in warehouse operations.
– Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
– Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Forklift certification.
– Experience with ERP systems.
– Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
-Valid CA Driver’s License
