PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
– Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
– Consult with clients, vendors, and internal team members to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
– Conduct site visits to gather essential information for project estimates.
